Published list prices, and terms and conditions of sale are offered to Commercial & Residential use customers.
Prices and availability listed are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, labor disputes, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseeable events. In the event of a Force Majeure, Stop Spot LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing, delivery schedules, and terms of sale without liability.
Any use of Stop Spot LLC products, images, name, and any related material can only be obtained through the expressed written consent of Stop Spot LLC. Any unauthorized use will automatically be subject to a suspension of account and can be subject to prosecution under the full extent of the law.

Product Dimensions
All dimensions and weights shown are to be considered approximate as a majority of the products are manufactured in countries using the metric system; all measurements are converted from metric units.
We reserve the right to make improvements to its product design, and discontinue products or finish colors without prior notice.
Please note that all finishes on our marketing materials and website are approximate due to the variation in color monitors and the processes of photography and printing.
Testing
Each product at its inception is rigorously tested in house and with independent laboratories to assure a high quality outcome and UNI & CEI standards.
All of our products are tested with a static weight of 250 lbs over 30,000 cycles to pass the commercial use application. Please contact us if BIFMA testing is required on a product.
Fire testing
Please request information for product requiring fire testing.
AVAILABILITY
Refer to the finish column in the price list for the availability of the product. We always recommend inquiring about the availability and lead time of quick ship stock and special order items.
Quick Ship
Quick ship products are continuously on order based on historical values; depending on quantity, quick ship items should be readily available in stock,
however may have an extended lead time in case of current sell-out, or material shortages.
Special Order
Please check for current lead time for special order items. Our PA custom RAL color program is finished in Pennsylvania, USA per the customer’s selection and is considered a special order item even if available as a quick ship item.
LYXO items have 2 different special order lead times from deposit date. FAST-DELIVERY: Lead time is 4-6 weeks, these items are readily in stock in Italy by the manufacturer. ON DEMAND: Lead time is 12-14 weeks.
ASSEMBLY
Some products require assembly; please refer to the instructions included with item packaging or visit our website for information on assembly instructions.
WARRANTY
Stop Spot, LLC has a limited warranty on its product and shall not be responsible for any removal, installation, or reinstallation costs. Most items are to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship of the structure for a period of (3) three years from date of invoice to original purchaser, unless a different time frame is specifically noted below by brand. This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse or normal wear and tear. All items must be properly assembled per instructions.
- Expeleta brand products have a 2 (two) year warranty.
- Fabrgas brand products have a 2 (two) year warranty.
- Lyxo Brand products have a 2 (two) year warranty.
Stop Spot, LLC will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any items found defective upon inspection. We request a completed quality claim and an individual photograph for any item claimed in addition to a group photograph for multiple items for each incident.
